Growing up in Iowa, Mellice was engaged in a variety of athletic activities, ranging from gymnastics and soccer to dance and cheerleading. At 18, during her senior year of high school, she discovered a passion for fitness. This led her to work at a gym, where she soon aspired to own her own facility. That dream came true in 2022 with the opening of Wilton Total Fitness. As she's progressed, she's developed a new aspiration to assist others as she has helped herself. Her path hasn't been straightforward; battling eating disorder tendencies and has now overcome them. Now, she aims to support other men and women facing their own challenges. While our struggles may differ, the strategies to achieve our goals are often quite similar.
Client Expectations:
- COMMUNICATION: Maintain transparency and honesty about all developments, and feel free to inquire when in doubt.
- Adhere to the prescribed plan and always be prepared. Remember, failing to plan, is planning to fail.
- Ensure timely check-ins on the designated day, including all requested data.
- Set realistic goals for progress and avoid comparing your path or program to others.
- Commit fully to training and give your all to the program. Dedicate yourself to the work and have faith in the process.

Coach Expectations:
- Provide quality responses to inquiries, training videos, and check-ins, guaranteeing same-day replies.
- Always place physical health first, requesting blood work when necessary.
- Offer in depth explanations upon request, as education is of utmost importance.
- Tailor plans to the individual's unique biological responses.
- Continuously pursue further education and share knowledge on social platforms and with each client individually.
Note: It's crucial to eliminate any foods that may cause inflammation or allergies within the macro-based plans, allowing for a refined list that supports peak performance.
