Step 1: Download the Wilton Total Fitness App
Download the Wilton Total Fitness App from the App Store on your phone.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Create an account using your individual email address.
Each member must have their own email address.
Step 3: Select Your Membership
Choose your membership type and select your payment option.
Memberships must be set up through the app — they cannot be created through the website.
Step 4: Download the Kisi App (Door Access)
After signing up, you will receive an email from Kisi with instructions for door access.
You do not need to wait for this email — you may download the Kisi app immediately and log in using the same email address you used to create your Wilton Total Fitness account.
Kisi will send a link to your email that allows you to activate mobile door access.
No. Memberships must be created through the Wilton Total Fitness mobile app.
Please download the app from the App Store and complete your registration there.
Yes. We offer both ACH (bank account) payments and credit/debit card payment options through the Wilton Total Fitness app.
Payment information is securely processed within the application during signup.
You may update your payment information directly within the Wilton Total Fitness app.
If you are switching from ACH (bank account) to credit/debit card — or vice versa — please email mandm@wiltontotalfitness.com after updating your payment information.
A manual adjustment to your membership type will be required on our end to complete the change.
If your bank does not appear as an option, it likely does not partner with our payment processor.
In this case, please select the credit/debit card payment option to complete your membership setup.

Memberships may be paused for up to 3 months without incurring a new joining fee.
Pause requests must be submitted before the 25th of the month to take effect for the following billing cycle.
Requests made after the 25th will apply to the next eligible month.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the 25th of the month to stop the following month’s billing.
Requests made after the 25th will result in one final billing cycle.
Please note:
When a membership is canceled, the account is fully closed in our system.
If you decide to rejoin at a later date, a standard joining fee will apply.
If you anticipate returning within 3 months, we recommend placing your membership on pause instead of canceling. Paused memberships do not incur a new joining fee.

No group classes are available right now, but we’ll post updates, pricing, and details as soon as new classes are offered.

Yes, we carry a limited selection of supplements available for purchase in the gym.
